Sadly this is the last Cardabilities Challenge (for now), and I know that I for one will miss it. However, as the owner of a busy Retail Store (Scrapbook Fantasies) and a separate Challenge site (123 Challenge) I know how difficult the balancing act can be.
I started off creating this card to use the scraps left from a recent Cardmaking Class I taught at Scrapbook Fantasies, and then decided I needed a bigger piece of this and a bigger piece of that and then those flowers would look good – and you know the story of how a project grows with a life of it’s own.
I am more than happy with how this card finished, even though it took me three and a half hours – but the pure pleasure of creating made the time fly by effortlessly. I have used some of my favourite supplies and dies, which I will include images of at the end of this post.
