Copic Swatches
I spent a good part of my weekend creating this swatch ring for my Copics. I was inspired by Samara and Michelle, and their similar swatch sets. I created an Excel file with the colour number, colour name and three cells per pen colour, all outlined in the palest grey. After printing onto Xpress-it Blending Card and cropping them I then coloured the top line with a single layer, the second line with a double layer and the third line with a triple layer. This is the best tool I now own as it makes the colour selection process so simple and quick, because I prefer to choose my papers first. (I do have a stash of images I’ve coloured that I can’t find patterned papers to match!) I have included the Excel file here, which includes every single available Copic colour (as I didn’t want to exclude anyone from being able to utilise it no matter how large or small their Copic collection is), so you may have to do some deleting and a bit of the old copy-and-paste magic. (I actually have a wad of uncoloured swatches left over, even though this image makes it look like I have every colour)
