Creating Cards

I created a simple clock themed masterboard yesterday afternoon using Olive Archival Ink and some Distress Inks (Mustard Seed, Crushed Olive, Broken China, Pine Needles and Peeled Paint).  Last night cut up said masterboard to create these two cards (with a whole lot still left over).

This first one is really simple with some ribbon, an old Making Memories definition sticker, a prima flower and some Bazzill cardstock scraps.

The second is a copy of my lovely daughters design that I posted yesterday (with her permission) and pretty much the same stuff added as the other card except a brad has replaced the ribbon in the line-up.

I have to say I had fun and it got me going creatively, except my masculine colour scheme ended up creating feminine cards.  I am going to try again for a more masculine feel tonight…hopefully.
