DT Reveal – Scrap Our Stash – August 2017 Tic Tac Toe Challenge
I had an awesome time creating with this month’s SOS Tic Tac Toe Challenge…
I have had this photograph of Noah from last year’s Book Week waiting for the perfect papers and inspiration – so when the You Rock collection by Cocoa Vanilla Studio was released I knew it was the one and then this month’s Tic Tac Toe Stash Challenge sealed the deal with the perfect inspiration. I have used the colour Blue, Polaroid (frames) and Hexagons. I used lots of layers as always using words and embellishments to express what I wanted to say about my awesome boy.
I have inked the edges of all of the elements and used the Polaroid frames over the photographs to highlight Noah’s face and hands in the traditional Yu-Gi-Oh! pose. The wooden star and arrows have been coated in Enamel Accents to give some shine to the layout and boost the presence of my feature colour – Blue.
