Scrapbook Fantasies Card Sketch Challenge – January 2014 (Kite Easel Card)
I have made the decision to have my monthly Card Sketch Challenge hosted at the Scrapbook Fantasies Blog. This was not an easy decision to come to, however it makes sense as Scrapbook Fantasies provides the prizes and my posting schedule is getting very heavy hear on my blog. Talking about prizes each sketch will now have a $20 voucher as a prize given to a lucky random entrant (and the winner choses either to use it instore or online).
I am still designing the Sketches and creating projects with them, just not hosting the link-up, winners and information.
So here is my Kite Easel Card using my Card Sketch for January 2014:
Products used:
Patterned papers – My Mind’s Eye Lime Twist Fly a Kite 6×6 paper pad
Cardstock – Bazzill Kraft
Stamps – Kaiser
Ink – Versacolor Pinecone
Punches – EK Success
Bling – Teresa Collins
Cord
Now for a couple of close-ups and some information:
I have drawn the clouds, kite and flags freehand, on the back of the paper of course. It took a bit of mucking around the get the sizes just right, which was helped by my it’s just a piece of paper philosophy. I created a fair few small scraps with this project which I just tucked back in the paper pad for my next project with it.
And this is the Sketch, which you can find here:
Happy Creating and have a wonderful day
